30-day satisfaction guarantee
Every service purchased from Wood Pack LLC, doing business as Wood Pack Designers, comes with a 30-day refund guarantee. We'll always try to get it right with your included revisions first, but if you're still not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, order details, and a short note about what didn't work for you. We review every request and reply within 3–5 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to show up.
Cancelling before work starts
If you cancel before we've started designing, you'll receive a full refund.
After 30 days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are not covered by this policy. We're still happy to help with extra revisions or a new project.
